Any thing that can draw us to things of this world and away from Gods truth. Satan is ruling over this world and will use anything in it to distract us from God. There are multitudes of sins but they all fall into just a few major categories such as lust, pride, envy, etc.. Any sin is what Satan tries to ensnare us with. The world is full of this sin and if we do not remain in the word (Gods truth) we are more and more susceptible to falling into this sin.

So many things come to mind like our own doubts and fears, or for that matter Zealots who further their religious beliefs by beating non-believers over the head with them--thus frightening them away from Christianity. They mean well but they are actually driving people away from God.
I am a Christian btw and hate to see my precious faith thrown at people in such a way it ensures they (non-believers) will never give Christianity and God's love a second thought.

Anything he can use to distract your attention from God, commit sin, turn against God and do his will instead of Gods. satan makes sin look beautiful ,fun and appealing to the eye,and body. He slithers into your life quietly til he has you.
