I'm a shy guy myself, so I can give you some good advice. Remind yourself that just because he's not making a move doesn't mean that he doesn't want to or that he isn't thinking about it. But that doesn't mean you should make a move first!! Instead, get to the point where he feels really comfortable with you. Stay close to him and smile a lot. Talk to him about personal matters. If he still doesn't make a move, ask him if he really likes you and tell him what YOU want out of the relationship. From there, it should go much more smoothly. I'm sure once the fun pops it won't stop, so don't rush into the first move.. it will be worth it in the end.

Don't be afraid to make the first move. life is too short. I made the first move in most of my relationships and therefore have many wonderful relationships and friendships. reach out, be yourself and don't expect too much from people. But in this day and age there is nothing wrong for a girl to be the first to make the effort. if he doesnt like it......there is someone out there that will. If someone is shy they more that likely to have low self esteem and this would boost his esteem!

Make the first move. The guy doesn't always have to make the first move. In fact most boys would be absolutely relieved if a girl made the first move because chances are if he's shy he will never do it himself.

It depends on why he's shy. It could be poor self-esteem or self-confidence, or it could be a trust issue, or something else. If it's one of the things I listed, you can probably fix it by giving sincere compliments or showing that you can be trusted. Be patient with him. As for the first move, you should do it if he won't, there's nothing wrong with the gal making the first move.

Strike up a conversation. If he doesn't take hints, then plan your next move. If he smiles alot, he prob'ly likes you, just too shy. Go ahead and make your moves you wish he'd make. This is how I got my husband back in 93. Still together, he's still shy, but boy are we a great team at everything!

Depending on what vibes you get from him...you could make the first move! If you don't feel comfortable making the first move, then you just have to give him time and be patient.

You have to make the first move if he isn't going to. That or talk to him and tell him how you feel.
