this depends on alot of factors... financing is almost impossible for business if you have bad personal credit... you can incorporate and get an ein number so that your personal credit isnt as much of a factor but even then you have to be in business for at least a year with good profit to get any kind of loan... now you can apply for a business credit card (with an ein number) and begin to build your business credit that way... capital one might give you a cc with a 300-500 limit... small start, but its a start...
you can try to get a grant... http://www.grants.gov
but you'll almost have to pay someone to help you apply...
and no guarentees that you'll get enough to cover what you need... but there again, a little bit is better than none...
the SBA should be able to give you resources as to where you can turn for finanacial aid or credit with bad/no credit...
call your local chapter...
also go to http://www.about.com
in the search box type in starting a business and read the results, there is a womans small business chapter which can also advise you where to go... and last but not least go to http://www.prosper.com
check them out...another option for financing...
i hope you find what you need. Good luck! I hope your dream comes true!

There are some grants out there that help people to open business and/ expand. I know its hard to find the legit ones, but it's conferences that goes aound from state to state that tells you how to get the legit ones. Also check within your state for grants and your city, they might offer something to help. Also, you could start off like I did; at home then later expand, if you can. Beware of Partners unless you trust them and in a binding written contract. I made that mistake and my partner left me with debt that I shouldn't have been left with. Wish you lots of luck and success!

Try bootstrapping your business... start with NO FINANCING and get customers to pay for your services. Once you're established, you'll qualify... banks like to see a track record... they generally avoid entrepreneurs like yourself, so don't waste your time waiting for them: GO FOR YOUR DREAMS NOW!
