In this very unlikely event this ever happened the answer is of course you should tell her, that is, if you really care about her. You slept with her entire family, she will find out eventually. Even if her sisters and mom said they wouldn't tell anyone, your girlfriend will find out. It is better that she hears it from you rather than someone else. Either way the outcome won't be fun, but telling her yourself will be the least bad scenario.
And some future advice: If you are not full of sh*t and this actually did happen, which is very unlikely, don't do it again. If you really do love her then you wouldn't have done what you claim you did. If you can't stick to one girl that you love then you don't deserve anything...at all...not even a BJ...or being talked to at a bar.

And why is you gf on VC without you (OR her family?).
Get some clues from her sisters. Are they all like that normally, or just with you? You might have struck gold (assuming you're enjoying your tour of her family). Better stock up on some little blue pills.
