Yes, you need to be reborn. Being reborn is more than making a decision to let Christ lead your life. It's much more than that. Being saved means that you have heard the gospel preached from a God-called preacher and the gospel has pricked your heart. I was saved when I was 10 years old. I heard the gospel in an old-time missionary baptist church. When the preacher was preaching I felt the Lord calling me. My heart was pounding and I just knew that something wasn't right within me. I was scared. I knew that if I died that night, I would go to hell. I went to the altar and prayed. I don't remember what I said, but when I prayed, the fear left me and a joy overwhelmed my heart. That is when I got saved. Before that I was "lost". I've never been lost since that night. It's hard to tell someone what it feels like, because you'll never know until it happens to you. But, if you're not saved, you will not go to heaven. When you get saved, that doesn't mean that you're now perfect and you won't sin anymore, it just means that your soul has been saved and it is sealed until the day of redemption and you will go to heaven. All I can tell you is to find an old-time church where there is no form, and a God-called preacher will preach the gospel and the SPIRIT will move upon you. You'll know God when you feel Him. There's nothing better in this life than salvation. My prayer is that you'll find a church somewhere and that God will save you. You must be drawn by God to be saved...you can't just decide you want it. God will have to call you first. When He does, don't pass it up. We're not promised more than one opportunity to be saved. When you're saved, Jesus will always be there for you and will talk with you and help you and you'll have a great desire to help others get saved. I hope that this helps you. You are in my prayers.

To be saved means that you acknowledge that you are sinner that you need forgiveness of your sins from the wrath to come. It also means that you must repent (turning back on things that are not of god).Once you acknowledge that ,you get baptized, which is a demonstration that you died to the world and are now alive in christ,Hence the term "Reborn".Then you read your bible and follow what it says.Hopes this answers it for you.

What it means to be saved is that all people are sinful and have rebelled against God. In order to have a relationship with Him, we must accept that we have sinned against Him and need to be in a right relationship with Him.

When we accept Christ's death as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, then we are reborn and His Holy Spirit comes to live in us. It is then that we are reborn (in our spirits), because prior to that, our spirits are dead and have no faculty for communication with Him.

Being saved from eternal destruction is why many of us follow Jesus. When you accept Jesus as your savior you are saved. By Faith we are saved. I have faith that Jesus was God, who came to the earth to sacrifice himself, and take the punishment for my sins upon Himself.

To be reborn, we believe in Jesus, ask Him into our lives and hearts, and let Him guide us. When this happens, Jesus sends the Holy Spirit of God inside us. This is the rebirth. We will always have decisions to make, but the Spirit of God will guide us in the right direction. It is still our choice which way to go, but the Spirit makes it easier for us. Also, the Holy Spirit of God inside us, identifies us as belonging to the Lord.

yeah, it means to be reborn to christ. And that christ is in your heart. and that your now a follower, and you take the responsibility, and teach the good news, that God sent his son, to die on the cross, to forgive us of our sins. And that the only way to heaven is through him, so when your saved, you have him, so you can go to heaven.

Yes. You have to be reborn. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh but that which is born of the spirit is spirit and life." You must be born again of the Spirit.
My baptism following conversion is my way of expressing that I count myself dead with Christ and it is no longer I that live but Christ lives within me.

Accept?

Good question!

But think about these:

Jews for Jesus = Vegetarians for Hamburgers

God? He or She?

Church? Christianity? Jesus? Dying?

What is the Imacculate Conception supposed to mean?

Does Imacculate Conception = "VIRGIN BIRTH"?

Google Imacculate Conception and learn something.

What else do you falsely believe, Immaculate Deception?

Jesus, the basis of Christianity? .

If Jesus died, he could NOT have been God.

Can Gods die?

If Jesus 'died' on Friday and 'undied' on Sunday, what else besides Saturday was sacrificed?

Did Jesus give up Saturday for us?

No Eternal sacrifice, big deal for a day!

If Jesus died for our sins, there should not be any more sins, else why go through with it?.

If Jesus really DIED, he should be dead, dead, dead!

Life after death is like virginity after childbirth.

If the flesh of Jesus died, what was seen walking and talking on Sunday?

If you believe this stuff, you are not going to like the folks who don't. You want them to believe it too to validate you.

Christians want everyone to convert to their non-thinking in order to be 'saved'.

Believing and not thinking is like choosing a mental illness and becoming truly lost.

Save : Dictionary : To Have a .sav file in your game File :P
Like when you play a game like doom .. then you press escape then save you got a save game .. then you got saved !
Kidding
To Be saved is like to get out of something really bad you were doing .. like watching television .. looking in the mirror .. being talkative .. asking pointless questions .. Start drugs / Alcohol .. so god may save your from all that stuff to be ( Saved ) ( Not in a .sav file )
