well a bottle of wine helps me, maybe you are worried about something? Try concentrating on keeping your eyes closed and when you feel like opening them resist. Then you are concentrating on the very thing that will trigger your brain into sleep mode X sweet dreams

Sex is always great for helping me have a good nights sleep. If that is not an option, try working out during the day sometime.

Continuously play a toon that sounds like an airplane. Low humming sound that should drive you to sleep.

That happened to me a couple weeks before the school year started maybe your nervous about somthing?
TRy to get in the most confy posision you can and surround yourself with things that comfort you

Take a sleep aid and a hot bath and than lay down. It's worth a try.

www.sleepfoundation.org is a good website but if you are really struggling see your gp about melatonin you can use it even if you have children (ie need to wake in the night for feeds etc) this is a fantastic drug my 2 yr old uses it evry night just beware hun as it can be addictive my advice to you is check out the website first (www.sleepfoundation.org )good luck and sweet dreams :D

a few shots of a strong spirit before bed, whisky, vodka, gin anything above 35% ...its not healthy though. so look for something healthier, natural herbal sleep tablets.

maybe it is stress. try doing something relaxing- get a massage. also make sure you have time to unwind before going to bed. don't drink a lot of caffeine late in the evening nor exercise before going to bed
