Please Help me I have to do this project and I cant think of any book in which someone goes on a flight please help me out!!

I don't think you need to find a work in which the protagonist goes on a literal flight. Try the book, Jonathan Livingston Seagull. Flight in that book is a metaphor for freedom and the pursuit of perfection. Also the poem High Flight by John G. McGee Jr.

I can't think of one with an airplane flight.
There are many where bird flight signifies freedom.
What is the nature of this project? What is the assignment?

The first one that readily comes to mind would be Harriet Tubman with "the Underground Railroad." The flight Northbound from Slavery. If this doesn't solve your dilemma let me know. I have a few other ideas.
