Because of the obsorbency of ceiling tile, you have like 5 seconds to get water on that spot. Your only option now are buy a new tile or find some white paint to match it. If it's close you can just touch it up. You could paint the whole ceiling, but at my company ususally we touch up with white and no one ever notices (besides you).

There is a product called OOPS-- watch what you use on the paneling-- spirits in this instance or polish remover-- if the paneling is wood-- it might ruin the finish-- if the paneling is fake wood-- might do worse than ruin the finish.
good luck

first you must determine if it oil base or latex. i was a painter for 35 years and i learned something recently that i did not know. i was painting the outside of a car dealer ship and we got over spray on their Plexiglas sign. they said no problem and handed me a can of something they use to remove all types of paint, tar.etc worked perfect. i know a lot of different smells and i could not tell what this stuff was except that it worked.

First use a razor blade and lift carefully, other then that you can use a solvent but sparingly as it may remove some of the finish

If it`s gloss paint then a cloth soaked in white spirit should move it, if it`s emulsion then a cloth soaked in water, but either way you`re going to have to rub really hard!
