I would be just as vigorous in determining dietary as well as the exercise.. The lower the intake, the less it takes to burn it off.Just make sure you are staying very high in the nutritional foods you eat and need.

first hello.maybe you think i am crazy but i tell you a way and you do it you will lose weight so soon.thats it "first u must think about this matter "and 2)u must know that if you really try u will u will win 3)u must do irobic exersises 4)walk fast 5)swimming 6)go maountain climbing7)go to dry sona8)and also eat enough
most important is that you believe you will lose weight.

Running. They say it helps you lose weight the fastest. You could start by brisk walking, and build you speed and endurance. Try yoga as well to balance out your regime. This helped me lose a lot of weight rather quickly. Good luck.

Hi,
Well both walking and cycling help burn calories, however if u have a lot of additional weight and you are on a diet you'll have to do some other kinds of sports and maybe enter a health club in order to both shape your body and burn calories.

walk a lot, ride a bike. when your weight comes down a LOT, consider jogging or running but not until then, running with any extra weight damages your knees so stick to bikes (wear a helmet!)

I think that you should increase your water intake and decrease your caffein intake..follow low-fat diet and plenty of exercise. Also, eat healthy snacks!
