I need to loose 5-7 lbs in the next 7 days. tell me how- . fast. thanks.

It cannot happen, dear one. You could stop eating, but that would only make you ill. When you don't eat, your body goes into defensive mode and stores fat. Trust me.

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Drink only water, and lots of it. Stop all carbohydrates, fats, salt, sugar for the week. This will cut out much food, trust me. Eat small meals 5 times a day and nothing after 5 pm. You may still drink water.

You will need aerobic exercise at leat twice a day for 30 minutes each.

Even then, you will not be able to reach your ultimate goal, so don't be disappointed.

If you only need 5-7 lbs. You are fine.
If someone will like you, should like you like that.
If you need to loose the 7 lbs for other reason, try counting calories, don´t have more than 2000 per day and workout.

If you want it quick, eat lots of fibers (especially oatmeal) and
no sugar (high caloric food). Drink only fresh water (prefer
mineral) tea, and stay away from any fast food (McDonald‘s
etc). Run or cycle every day for at least one hour and
re-hydrate with mineral water. That will do it but, if you break
it with only one steak, hamburger, pizza or cake you are lost.
PS you can eat oatmeal as porridge slightly cooked in water,
but no milk or sugar, or eat it "as is" raw and washed down
with water. Sounds bad, I know because I have done it.
Anything bought, like oatmeal biscuits, read the label first!

Cut down on carbs and drink a lot of water. Eat protein every meal to sustain you and give you energy to exercise. then, if nothing else, walk at least 3-5 miles a day. Wear your music and get into the groove, as Madonna says.

Get your self up from in front of the computer and start doing daily walks and eat more protein and fruit and veggies. Stay away from sugar all together and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Do exercises jogging 2 hours a day should do it if you can more do more.don't eat fats and don’t eat at night but if you cant eat then eat a salad not with meat . And drink very

eat only fruits and veggies and take diet pills...make sur eot drink lots of water and exercising helps.
