ummm the scriptures tell us that a heavenly body is different than a physical one. So the image of which we are created has to do with the "qualities of God" not the physical appearance.
These qualities are: Love, Power, Justice, Wisdom.
They have been distorted though by the imperfection visited upon us by Adamic rebellion.

God made Adam in His image but when Adam sin then his image changed. We are in Adam's image. Genesis 1: 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Genesis 5: 3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth: Romans 5: 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

God is a spirit so we don't have the physical image of God but His qualities, His love, wisdom, justice, etc. Humans are limited but what they see with their eyes. God is the reader of hearts. Be a better person by looking beyond the physical appearance.

God does not exist. If he did he would not have take my 23 year old daughter. He would not have taken everything away from me. They say that he only puts things on you that you can handle. Trust me, the things that have been put on me it would be hard for anyone to handle. So is he trying to make me end my life, because there is nothing left.

Actually God looks almost exactly like George Burns in a long, white robe.

Depends on your point of view , what is ugly and what is pretty ? I wouldn't think God is either because He is spirit and we are flesh . Then again He could be better looking than anything we could ever imagine .

I was often mistaken for a god, many times in fact, when I was younger with "to die for" good looks and fabulous physique. I have to assume that if God has a physical image, it must undoubtedly be a lot like me, his finest creation. Mary C described me to a T.

In the jewish tanakh ...when it refers to "made in His image..." it doesnt mean we were made in his features..according to the jews, it means that we have the "spirit (image)" of God....meaning, we have the capability to discern and reason...nothing more. ask any body educated, you ******* moron.
