if you keep bread in the fridge it will not mold so fast but the fridge makes it dry, fi you keep it in the freezer it wont mold or dry out too much but then you have to thaw it out before eating (of course) and thats a pain kind of.

You can freeze newly purchased loaves of bread and remove them from the freezer as needed. I grew up in a family of 8 kids and my mom did shopping for a month at a time.

I buy a great deal of bread because my son eats a lot of it. I keep it in the den in a closet where it is nice and dark and cool, or put it in my deep freezer.

Don't keep it in a warm dark place (like a cabinent or a bread box), leave it out on the counter or in the fridge

Refrigeration slows the aging process on most perishables. We freeze it, too. Just sit it out a few hours before using it and it's just as soft & fresh!

You freeze it , put it in the freezer and it will last you months, maybe years!!!
