The "meat" of the corn is digestible, but the outside kernel is not - so when you go to the bathroom, it's the skin of the kernel filled with poop.......Still love the stuff though!

What makes you think that it hasn't??? I guarantee that if I served you up some of yesterdays sweet corn today, you wouldn't be reaching for the butter... Seriously, like other fiber the body is not capable of breaking it all down, hence the built in timer for the speed of our metabolism

corn stays corn lol. a weird thing...yes lol. I am sure you get some vitamins out of it but it's weird stuff.

yeah it is better to eat food someone else has chewed before . there is a coffe bean in south america that makes better coffe ethat way
