Nose-Horned Viper ,
"In this review, we evaluated venomous snakes in Turkey, as well as the symptoms related these venomations and principles of current first aid and treatments and possible complications. Geographically, mostly vipers as most venomous snakes were found to be in Turkey. The people who work or travel in agricultural areas should be aware of venomous snakebites in this country. Generally the symptoms of victims depend on neurotoxicity, myotoxicity and coagulopathy effects in vipera envenomation. Especially, in addition to emergency room physicians, general surgeons and hand surgeons must be familiar with the principles of diagnosis and current treatment modalities for to avoid unavoidable complications as well death or limb amputations."
If you are worried find out where the nearest stock , of serum against viper bites is located near you. I wouldn't worry about it.

I hate and scare of spiders, too. Big and poisonous ones are often in Southeastern Turkey. I don't think there are many snakes in Marmaris, but there are probably spiders as they are everywhere, lol. But you are saying that you will go to a 5 star hotel so I think you will have no problem :)
