yes, love and hate are closely related.

I don't think you can both love and hate someone at the same time. You can love someone and not like some of the things they do or say, that's normal. If you can't stand things this person does or if it bothers you that bad that you might think you "hate" them, then I doubt there's a chance you love them too.

It can certainly feel like that, but in every real sense, no you can't...the emotions are incompatible. For you to ask that question means you're probably in a situation where you think that's a distinct possibility. If that's the case, channel some of the good feelings into motivating you to work on the relationship before it goes completely awry. Good luck.

Not possible. Sometimes you can love someone - then perhaps get angry enough to 'hate' them, but not at the same time.
The word hate is not in my vocabulary - but I can love someone, and be very angry with them, but I always figure it's not the person I'm really angry with, but what they do, or don't do. There's a world of difference.

Sure you can...you love someone so much and they do something to make you hate them...but that love will always be there...

yes....yes you can!! it sucks but some how that person made you hate them but at the same time you have feelings for them! how this happens i don't know??? Can you put your feelings aside and just hate them or are the feelings too strong???

i dont think that hate is exactly hate... you love someone and if he/she hurts u, u start feeling hate, but because u still care and love that person...
