Its better to use Nair. Shaving will create ingrown hairs that will look very ugly and be a turn off to any partners.

Best thing to do is use some hair clippers to trim the hair above. Then have a shower and make sure the area is well watered. Instead of shaving foam use hair conditioner, and use a twin blade razor. Once you have shaved all of the hair off, cleans the area with a face scrub wash, and that will stop the shaving rash.

Very carefully;)

First trim with scissors. Use a depilatory cream according to directions, such as Veet. Just be careful of where you put it, don't want it going in the wrong places, as it does burn.

You can shave, just make sure that it is a new sharp razor and you use a conditioning shaving gel or lotion (Couchie Cream). Also use cold water as it does not open any pores and you will not get the razor burn effect. Gigi makes a No Bumps lotion that prevents ingrown hairs and red bumps. Works pretty good.

Nair and Veet etc don't work.

You need a brand new razor blade (try Mach3's) and baby oil.

Firstly trim the hair so you have, maybe, half an inch or so.

Then have a warm bath or shower to soften the hair.

Then put the baby oil on the area you want to shave (pubic mound etc) and shave firstly WITH the grain and THEN against.

After EACH stroke RINSE the blade in warm water.

Do not 'shave', just trim with electric razor and then you can buy sensitive hair removal cream (which is not supposed to be for your genitals) and go wild with it! Whichever way you do it, after a few days hair will grow back and the stubble will probably give you a bit discomfort!

Shave down, not up, so you are going with the grain of the hair. Otherwise, just be very careful or get your partner to do it for you. My husband shaves me and we both have fun doing it!

Do it in the dark with your eyes closed, should prove interesting.

Actually follow the advice of not shaving and either trim or use a hair remover.

I wouldnt personally advise you t shave this area of your body. Its very uncomfortable and unsightly when it grows back. I would recommend going to a spa and getting a wax. It will last longer, and the people are trained in handling that area of the body. In other words, your poo-poo will be alot safer than if you tried messing with it.

If you use an electric razor you wont get too many ingrown hairs and also you wont be complety bald as if you would if you used Nair. Also it wont itch as bad when its growing back. Just remember to shave in the direction the hairs are growing cause believe you me it hurts when it gets snagged.
