Heavens no! If you had arthritis, no one would have to tell you. You'd know. Most martial artist knuckles click.
You have nothing to fear. With arthritis , you have limited movement and pain

No. You only have arthritis if your joints ache a lot.

Not necessarily. My knees click and I have patellofemoral joint syndrome (due to weak leg muscles and my weight).

I don't think so. I'm 18 and I've been doing it for as long as I can remember. Especially my left wrist.
