an answering machine that gives a message according to who is calling. I also would like messages for my:
friends
enemies
and a weird message that makes people not want to call me

Sorry, don't think they've invented one of those yet. But there ARE all-purpose messages you can use that will fit any of these situations.

I don't believe they have that for answering machines but they do for cell phones if you've seen that Nick Cannon commercial where that crazy chick calls him and an operator like voice tells her to quit trying or whatever. Another comercial is where the phone plays church music for the guys grandma. But those are just the ringers that that person gets when they call not answering machines.

Yes there is an answering machine out there that you can be like "if you want to leave a message for "whoever" press 1" "if you want to leave a message for "whoever" press 2". Hope that helps. I don't know where to get it though.

Sure, but you have to get people to push the right button to get the message for them. You think telephone answering machines read minds?
"If you are a friend, push 1, if you are an enemy, push 2, if you are a freak, push 3."
or
"If you are John, push 1, if you are Mary, push 2, if you are mom or dad, push 3...."
