Should change coolant 3 years max. I would be careful with radiator flush as any leaks that the goop plugged will unplug. I would first check the cooling fan to make sure it is coming on when the A/C is on, it should run continuously when the A/C is on.
Second check the coolant if it is what I call Kool aid green then it's OK but if it looks dark, change it and flush it. You can pick up a NEW radiator for about 100 bucks on line. It might be a good idea.
Hey don't over look the thermostat. i would go ahead and change that also as 6 years on a Stat, it's job is done. It may not be opening fully

Radiator may be chocked. Flush and clean the radiator and check out both fans. When the engine is hot, turn on the air con, open up the hood and check if both fan are working. Practice safety and be careful not to touch any moving parts and radiator.
