whilst healing i normally dont recieve any information as to what is wrong with the patient i just put my hands where i feel they should go but recently ive been able to tell what is wrong with them, eg, i knew a woman had a problem with her right ovary, i couldnt see it or owt i just kinda knew and when i asked her she confirmed shes been having problems and it turns out she had just been diagnosed with fybroids on her right ovary........how on earth did i know that?and it keeps happening!! have i recieved this from spirit or from summert else? its kinda puzzling me as i thought you werent meant to recieve any information whilst healing?and sometimes ill get a message for them too....does this mean im not healing properly?? i swear all this is true and im not mad or owt im just a regular person....honest lol. hope sumone can answer me

I too am a Healer. What is happening is that you are tuning in to your intuition. It just starts happening and happening till it is the norm. I find it amazing when it just pops into your head and you just know what the heck is wrong with someone!
You are doing it correctly. You are meant to get the information so that you can prove that you have the ability to heal. Knowing what the problem is really helps to show that you know what you are doing.
Keep it up. You are doing fine.

There are a lot more fraudulent "healers" than true healers. The difference often is that real healers don't ask for money to perform their healing.
The history of healers includes a wide range of kinds of healers. Some can diagnose a problem before even a doctor or lab test could find it. Some just know there is something there that needs to be healed. No one has been able to scientifically test this phenomenon consistently, and so science does not regard it as valid.

spell check won't work on brit/scot slang. I got caught up on the "ert/at/owt" spellings in the brittish editions of the Harry Potter books. Once you know what they're talking about you just get it.
Anyway...A connection is happening. You have been given a gift or power or something that allows you to tap into the person and just "know" what is wrong. The Ancients could do that also. Don't be afraid of it. You have been given this ability so use it to help as many people as you can.

Empathy, compassion, love and healing are all first cousins. Your intent to heal brings the whole family together. As long as you're tuning in to them rather than thinking about what others will think of you, it's a joyful reuninon.

your sprit can comunicate with a high power, and this is what gives you the hints about what's wrong with people that you're trying to heal..
my father was receining messeges through dreams, he had so many dreams which happened in real ilfe exactly as he saw it, but when he began telling other people about that , this gift disapeared.
