There is no such thing as a miniature toy poodle, its either toy or miniature. 10 inches or under at the shoulder its a toy, over 10 inches its a mini.
If your poodle is eating well, playing well, then sleeping is the next thing to do. Thats just what dogs do. It is probably comfortable with you walking around doing your thing and is just staying put. My two poodles, will sleep in whatever room I am in. If I am in the kitchen they sit and watch.
BUT if you poodle is not eating excersizing, please get it checked by the vet. Keep nutrical on hand to bring up the sugar level if its not eating well.

There's NO SUCH THING!!!
Poodles come 3 sizes...toy OR miniature OR standard!
