You pray. You ask God that he help you learn to see him in others. Only God can grant you this vision.
And, it is practice. It doesn't happen all of a sudden. It is part of human nature to see the earthly, the most obviously visible, and so forth. It is a continual practice to be able to see God in others.
Because oftentimes it is hard. It is hard because our own vision is clouded by our own faults and flaws. We cannot see God in others because we are still looking through our own eyes--the eyes of judgment, difficulty, and so forth.
Does that make sense to you?
I'll try to make it clearer. It is hard for me to see God in President Bush because I see everything that I think is wrong with Bush--he lies, he misleads, he is self-seeking, and so forth. Why do I see these things instead of the fact that he is a child of God and that God loves him? Because I have imperfect earthly vision, clouded by my own self-seeking nature. Because I do not have the mercy that Christ has.
I seek to be able to see people as children of God, and God does help. It takes time, though...because in order for me to be able to fully see God in others, I have to let go of self and allow God to clear me of impurity and pride and judgment.
This is why I say "pray." Ask that God help you. He is the only one who can.

How can one see God?
A human is human what ever he says and claims.
One has the faith in his religion and its teachings accordingly.
Chrisitians see Jesus as the God as "father, son and holy spirit"
No one call any living human being as a God. Mostly the human are addressd as a "kind hearted person"!
Now you ask the same question to you and answer it and inform to me about your feeling. Can you????

A Heavenly father full of compassion and love.
I just can't compare God's love with the earthly people even with my parents even though they showered their love upon me!

I don't see deities in anyone as I don't believe in them. I see human kindness and goodness in most people (we'll leave dubya out of that).
