for ME it was because i chaned my shapoo's to something differnet,my hair fell alot, all over the house,so i went to look for another, panteene was the best.but when you experiment, with differnet shapoo's you just can't decide in one day, which is good,at day one, alot of hair fall out,but maybe a week later, the real results come out! GOOD luck Girl!

Hair has to fall out for it to be healthy. Everyone loses about 100 strands a day. To keep your hair healthy try avocado and coconut oil. The coconut oil restores shine, and the avocado make it's soft and manageable. Keep it on your hair for atleast an hour, wash with cool water...use shampoo, but not TOO much. Condition, conditon. And you're good to go.

well you should definitely go to a doctor to get your thyroids checked if you feel that you are losing a ton of hair but remember it is very normal to lose hair and if your hair is really thick then you are shedding like dogs do during the season's, humans do the same thing believe it or not. Try using professional products they match the pH levels of your skin and hair. I personally love the color smart deep conditioner.

Go to the doctor and ask to get your thyriod tests to make sure theres no medical reason for your hair falling out..We are all suppose to loose hair everyday but you could have a problem that your not aware of.It might make you feel better if you have two inches cut off to make it fuller.

You probably need to seek out a haircare specialist or possibly see a dermatologist. Too, you may need repair work, like deep conditioning and special hair treatments.
