guys love a girl she approaches him, its a turn on casue its the from the "norm" of a guys job to approach a lady. talk about anything, guys are not sophisticated so you can talk about anything, if there is chemistry you could be talking about cheese and still have fun...get my drift?

You find some way to strike up a conversation with the person in a friendly manner. I'm sure that you must be watching that person now for some time now. There must be some thing you have seen that you can use to start up a conversation and be creative.

Have an open mind and don't form any notions of you two being together when you approach him/her, as you don't know if the person already have some one in his/her life.

Be yourself. Approach them like you would anyone else and invite them out somewhere. They either decline or accept. The more you wait the more anticipation... just get off you computer and do it! You can do it! Good luck
