simplified characters: 我爱你
traditional characters: 我愛你
It is read Wo3 ai4 ni3, or if you want it phoneticaly, it is something like whoa eye knee.
I am guessing the explaination of the writing part by part you are refering to radicals?
if so, 我 is made up of a hand (手) holding a halbard (戈)
你 is a person (人) next to 尔, which means you (older form of it, but will sometimes still see it)
爱 has a 爪 at the top, and in the tradtional it then has a 冖 or cover, a 心 followed by a 夂. in the simplified form, it changes the heart and zhi to a friend - 友。
