No, if you buy a car, that car is belongs to you and the balloon is belongs to the sale man. The Dealer deserves to have that balloon for his/her celebration. You are just a sucker.

just run up to the salesman, flash your boobs to distract him, grab the balloon and run,
did u know when they put the balloons that usually means they havent hit target yet for that month and are 'desperate' so want to attract customers
so if u wanted a good deal on the car, u might get one though ;oP

Every Saturday, weather permitting, my dealership (and many dealerships) puts balloons out on cars & in the showroom.
Just before we close, we cut em down & pop 'em.
You can come & take any & all of my balloons for FREE.!!!!!
It'll save me from having to go around the lot cutting them all down!
