www.deviantart.com, but you've got to be confident your stuff is good because they have a staff of real artists examine your work and then they make prints for you in different sizes so you can sell the same work over and over again in different sizes.

Ebay is not a good place to sell your photos, your not going to get your moneys worth. buyer are not willing to pay much for photos on ebay. if your photos are digital i would go with a stock photography website, like www.istockphoto.com.

For the locals you can try a flea-market, but if you wanted global sales e-bay of course.
