no, not everyone does. those who keep their heads on their shoulders (or mind over their heart) usually wait it out until they are mature and really ready for it. to keep themselves occupied and not think much about sex, they study harder and get into elective subjects or join clubs and organizations to further widen their knowledge and social skills so THEY DO NOT LOSE THEIR VIRGINITY IN THEIR HIGH SCHOOL YEARS.

Some people do in elementry, others in high school, some in college and others after regular college age.
There are a few who never do.
