If you can't eat the fruits raw, but can eat them when they're cooked...you have the same problem I have...:)
It's that your body doesn't recognize that the fruit is fruit and not pollen...and you're allergic to the pollen that comes from those plants, so you get a reaction. When the fruit is cooked, (like canned fruit, or fruit in pies, etc) you don't get a reaction.
Because you're getting a reaction to so many fruits, I'd guess it's not just a "regular allergy", and you have the same type of allergy that I do...because I have that exact same problem with most fresh fruits, too. It's not a good iea to eat them if you're getting a bad reaction, but if the reaction isn't that bad, I'd eat them still...like strawberries. I'm still allergic to them, but I eat them anyway because my reaction isn't that bad.
With any allergic reaction, the reaction can without warning get worse, so in general it's not a good idea to eat things you're badly alergic to. Good luck! :)

I have the same problem,I had a blood test done for food allergies.I am allergic to all melons and all fruits.( I can eat berries ) The bad thing is no family doctor will give this test I had to pay for it out of my own pocket since then I have solved all my health problems and I have not had to see a doctor in 3 years. If it bothers you in any way do not eat it. Try a country doctor into organic foods to have the test done....

I used to be allergic to all those, plus raw vegetables. Even watermelon juice on my skin would make me break out in a rash. It is a contact dermatitis. After I had allergy shots for 5 years, my allergy to these things went away. Now I can eat them with no problems. I can even eat salad too! If these foods are cooked, do they still bother you?

You might well be allergic. A doctor can test you and find out.
People fairly often are allergic to citrus fruits.

I would go to your doctor and get an allergy test. It can tell you the extact compund that is causing this so you can avoid it. There are also shots thatyou can take to help control the allergy and make it so you can enjoy those foods.
