your daughter will know that you are on a budget like my mother was for my 21st (i'm now 26) and that is meant to be the most important bd my mother like you was on a budget and she explained to me that money was tight and handed me a card inside was a poem that she had written and words saying gift to follow ( a few days later she handed me a book in which was the poem that she had published through a contest and she had dedicated it to me) as it was a book for charities it cost her £4.99 and i love and cherish this book. money and material things mean nothing i loved the fact of inexpensive gifts and knowing that i could spend the day with my mother (best gift ever)

I am 25 so may be able to help- but, really, it all depends on her personality, which only you know...

Some ideas, based on what I and friends of mine have received, and loved, in the past:
-day at a spa with you getting massages and/or beauty treatments, followed by a fancy high tea/ice-cream/dinner
-GHD hair starightener (my best gift ever from my mum) if she's into that; or a range of haircare products
-a bracelet with her name, date of birth and yours engraved on the inside (price will depend on quality of metal, obv)
-a weekend away for the two of you
-give her a makeover day: hair salon, followed by clothes (depending on budget, obv) shopping, and getting her make-up done
-photo of you and her with a frame, and have the frame engraved
- pay for her to have professional photos taken that she can give to you, family and boyfriend
-the photo album idea already posted is nice, but if you do that, also gove her something small that she can use, or go for dinner, or something.

I am sure whatever you get her she will appreciate, esp. as you obv. care a lot about her and are anxious to please.

Good luck!

Experience gifts are good - like those Red Letter Day things.

Something she'll remember all her life, that she'd never otherwise have experienced.

If she doesn't need them, things probably won't mean all that much to her.
Though jewely or nice clothes might make her feel special when she wears them.

You know her best, think about how she would feel about the suggestions you receive here.

the best gifts are home made ones or personalized gifts! get some pics of the 2 of you and make a collage of it on the computer or tape them on a big piese of paper and copy them onto like a poster so it looks like it is a huge you collage of the two of you. or if yu go to the website personalized gftis.com you can find all sorts of neat stuff that is personalied however you like it...you can find things for around the house, clothes, jewelry, momentos, its really fun to get personalized gitfts and it shows that someone was really thinking about you..this website also has very good prices for anyone who is on a budget!

dear loving mom,

it is not about the present buy any thing, i guess she will feel
happy bocz u remember her birthday . even if u say for her
happy birthday with out a present she will feel very happy.
remembering her is very important.

but about the present puy any thing correspond with day's fashion and i guess the most beautiful present will be if u include urself at this present like: hanging out, take lunch to gather and by this she can choice her own present.

Concert tickets to a band she really wants to see... ALWAYS make them standing onesnot seats...

This may have to be done many months ahead.

An activity that she always wanted to do... ie white water rafting? not sure you need to find that one out.

Help her get a boyfriend she likes if applicable.
