You are not the only one to think that corporations are ruining our economy for basic greed. Enron is one financial institute that forced middle class investors in the ankle grabbing position and had at it. Corporations run our government. Look at the incredible dollar amounts that Pharmaceutical companies earn monthly. Corporations have to compete with other industrialized nations, so it would make sense for them to cut cost in wages, healthcare and Unions, not that it is any good for the common ppl. You should really order the 66 on them.

HAHA... who do hate more... corporations or immigrants?

1. I doubt these illegal immigrants are doing high finance... they're the ones cleaning your office, mowing the lawn, doing your laundry/dry cleaning, etc. They aren't selling you a car, cellphone, or house; not your nurse, doctor, lawyer, or accountant... do you understand where I'm going?

2. Granted that compliance with EPA regulations is expensive, but it is neccessary and companies understand this. There are compliance regulations that MANY companies (usually the larger ones) who deliberately go out of their way to obtain compliance because it means QUALITY, and customers want to know they are getting what they pay for. If the company breaks an EPA regulation, it is probably due to accident or failed equipment. In the past it was different, but corporate governance is a priority now.

3. Unions have outlived their usefulness. Today's standards IN AMERICA are a lot better than the past. Now, they are a nuisance and a top 3 reason why some industries have such low margins, that it is really hard to remain competitive... thus, companies need to outsource! Outsourcing has really been on non-skilled labor anyway; if you worry about your job, get a skill or education to remain competitive. Conclusion: unions have actually hurt the American economy in the last 15 or so years.

4. Corporations are not blind to the future; they worry about the future because of the niumber of costly issues brought on by the average, non-educated American... (who probbaly buys "american" when in fact there is no such thing anymore) just about anything you buy in america will help america.

5. I can't believe you target Mexico specifically... many mexican immigrants are hard workers; just like your European ancestors who immigrated to the Americas (and STOLE it from the natives.) However, through the years, some of these european descendants have gotten LAZY and just plain uneducated, with backward thinking.

America was built on immigration; so live with it. As Darwin's theory of evolution goes... adapt or die off.

Pinkfluffy - what in pointing out how the corporations break laws constitute hate? How's this - I hate everyone who determines that a person is racist and hateful for wanting laws enforced and no, it's not exhausting, it's refreshing.

nothing is more exhausting than hearing people misinterpret enforcing laws as "hate".

yeah, i agree with you. corporate america has become so greedy to the expense of its employees. when america's minimum wage at $5.15 needs a raise , CEO'S paycheck grows while company profits and stocks decline, not to mention products and services' quality decline. company loyalty is deemed irrelevant as legal workers are just mere pawns as corporations merges, outsources, and causes displacement, lays-off, confusions. corporate america has no loyalty to american legal workforce as they hire illegal immigrants as well for lower overhead with end result of higher profits for their top brasses. corporate america has lost its moral values and we have lost the grip on our immigration laws, and we have a government that is deemed blind to all of this crap. when we have a bleak economic future ourselves why worry about its effect in mexico? maybe we can take a lesson or two from them. dump all our less fortunates to our neighboring canada so our indigents will have a better future.
