Most of the time it is called a "Butlers Pantry". It is a place to prepare the plates before being served, and can have a small fridge, also.

i don't think that room actually has an outright name since most ppl don't have a room like that in their house. I think u could probably call it the pantry tho, isn't that where all the plates and cutlery etc. are kept?

well its ussually pantry kitchen dinning room and like a hall leading to the dinning room from the kitchen but it really all depends onn the design of the hosue
