If you put the sausage in the batter raw then all the fat will come out of them as they're cooking and keep it moist. the best thing is to lightly cook your sausage and throw away all the fat and have the oven hot enough before you put it in and dont have the mix too thick, put it on the top shelf in the oven till its risen and then put it in the middle with the heat turned down a bit.

the two your batter became too thick Or the temperature became incorrect....... Heres how i do it and that i by no ability get a soggy backside! positioned your sausages in a shallow metallic dish and cook dinner untill they purely golden Take susages out and positioned the juices back interior the oven to get rather warm Now while its smoking deliver the tin out and pour your batter interior the tin it rather is going to sizzle like mad, positioned the sausages back interior the tin and positioned back interior the oven as quickly as the batter has began to upward push decrease the warmth via a third and cook dinner unill the pudding is crisp and darkish brown. Voila no soggy backside!!

YOUR OVEN HAS TO BE HOT TO START WHEN IT RISES THEN TURN IT DOWN TO ABOUT 350 AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES
