there is nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster, it only grows between 1/4 & 1/2 inch per month. What you need to do is just stop dying it, it's too damaged to keep on dying it. & peroxide was the worst thing you could ever do to your hair, don't ever use that again.
Start taking a really good multivitamin to help bring health back to your hair. Deep condition it twice a month & use a good leave in conditioner like infusium 23 every time you wash your hair. Try not to wash your hair every day, it will cause your hair to dry out. You should also have a lil smidge trimmed off every 6 to 8 weeks, to help remove the damage.

Well I would say the first you should do is to stop using peroxide based products, hair styling mouses, hair sprays, hair gels and straighteners and dyes.
Your hair needs food. None of what you have used could be described as food and nutrition for hair.
Firstly hair should only be washed once or twice a week, it should not squeak when you dry it with a towel. If your hair squeaks you have washed all the natural oils and goodness out of it. Hair does not need two washes each time either one will suffice. Choose a shampoo such as Pantene, or one containing Aloe Vera, or Tea tree oil, according to your hair type. Yours is dry at the moment.
Secondly allow your hair to dry naturally for two or three weeks, as very hot temperatures dry out the oil at the roots of your hair.
When you do start to use your drier again use it on cool or warm as opposed to hot. Always use a comb to gently comb your hair as a brush can give you spilt ends. Comb your hair slowly when wet.
Thirdly, conditioners for hair are not necessary if you have used the right shampoo. If you are a victim of habit use one containing coconut oil or Aloe vera.
Fourthly, Your hair should have a slight trim every six weeks and split ends carefully cut out.
Fifthly, Do not use elastic bands or bobbles to tie your hair up, these cut through and damage your hair in addition to placing stress upon roots. If you must have your hair up use a ribbon or a hair clip.
Sixthly, Do not use perfumes at all on your hair as these will also strip your hair of natural oils, as most contain alcohol.
VERY IMPORTANT......
Habits that need discouraging "smoking", is a major cause of dull dry hair. You need to stop.
"Diet", if your diet is not very good than this will show in your hair.
Cut out the frying pan, the Mcdonalds burgers etc and start eating more fresh fish. Particularly oily fish.
If your hair shows no improvement over the next 4 - 6 weeks, why not ask the nutritionalist at your GP to check the condition of your scalp. For example if your hair is dry and brittle you may have dermatitis of the scalp as a result of too regular a use of a given product.
Good luck with your hair.

I am a hair stylist so ......."Leave that hair alone you are killing it" Just shampoo your hair, put a good 3 minute conditioner on it,cover it with a plastic cap, leave it on 10 minutes 3 minute mirical by Aussie is a good choice, after 10 minutes rinse and don,t do any harsh things to it anyway soon Ok?Let your hair air dry, don,t blow dry....After it dries and you set it ,while it is dull looking use some Hask Pure Shine Luminator Spray, you can probably find at local drug store or walmart.....At night you can braid your hair and that will help it grow,,Good luck slickcut

Your hair needs conditioning as all the moisture is gone . Firstly use a hair mask once a week ,then buy a good leave in conditioner . get in regularly trimmed . STOP putting colour in it as it will ruin your hair . You should also eat loads of Fish and veg as you will get natural oils from them . If you really want long hair try getting extensions but they cost !

there really is no way (sorry). hair grows about 1/2 inch a month for the average person. taking really good care of it and not letting it get split ends can make it grow a bit faster and a trim every once in a while helps. so dont believe all those false advertisments that you see because there really is no fast way to make hair grow fast. although i have heard that once it gets to a certain point it tends to grow faster. i think it was when it reaches the middle of your shoulder blades till it gests to a littlle bit below halfway point to your back. and if your allowed gettting false hair peices is a good way to have instant long hair. hope i helped.

Well if you get your hair tripped at the tips about once a month it should grow faster.
But to help you with the conditioning of your hair try
"Black by Design for body and Shine Leave-in protein conditioner"
It helped me loads when i went on holiday and gave my hair a beautiful healthy shine, without greasyness.

Would you mind a tip from a guy ?.... If there's one thing I got plenty of ...Its hair .At the moment it's nicely groomed but it's just to thick and as strong as copper wire, I'm into looking after my hair as with a lot of men it tends to fall out and I cant stand the thought of going grey either.......So.... what I do is buy a bottle of Guiness , open it and leave it for a week to let the alcohol evaporate then use a cup full and pour over your hair but dont wash it out, leave it to dry...... one bottle will last for 5 washes.
Also , Beer itself contains silica which is a growth promoter, ...never heard of Beer shampoo ?? ....believe me , It does work , and its cheap too.

I used to have nice long dark brown hair then when i was 12 and a half i had it cut shoulder length and it started to go frizzy then one day i went into a coma (i had diabetes but didn't kno it.) and 2 days later i came out of the coma and the next day i wanted to comb my hair i looked in the mirror and to my shock my hair was frizzy and curly! i was like noooo!! i was used to having straight hair then waking up to find it curly was very odd.
I struggled with my hair for a while, then found products for it now when i go on nights out, i put dove leave in cream on my hair and i put rollers in my hair either let it dry naturally with them in or blow dry my hair with them in and then take the rollers out about and hour later and my hair goes nice and curly and under control.
I RECOMMNED YOU USE DOVE LEAVE IN CREAM THE WHITE BOTTLE WITH A PINK LID, FOR COLOURED HAIR, IT MOISTURES MY HAIR AND MAKES IT SOFT. I ALSO TRIED THE OTHER PURPLE BOTTLE IT DIDN'T SAY IF TO USE ON DARK HAIR OR LIGHT SO I PRESUMED IT WOULD BE THE SAME AS THE WHITE BOTTLE BUT IT WAS DIFFERENT AND DIDN'T WORK AS GOOD, I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY DOVE LEAVE IN CREAM YOU CAN GET A 100ML FOR £1.97 IN MOST STORES IN THE UK.

Coloring your hair often will dry it out, so use shampoos/conditioners with lots of moisture. Also, I heard that rubbing some coconut oil on your scalp is good for your hair. Otherwise just let it grow back naturally and stop coloring it so often. Good luck!
