No don't. Try buying multivitamins and eating more protein food and drink plenty of water.

Have you looked into the Aveda natural dyes? Ask the stylist about that. Many elderly women have thining hair and they dye you are far from elderly. How about contacting a natrual Aveda salon and asking them. I know some of those dyes cause cancer. I would use the Aveda to be careful. My Aunt is 80 something and even has bauld spots and she dies constantly she never ever has a gray root show.
She is not one for taking care of hair or worrying about cancer. She will do anything. Her hair looks like straw when it is wet. It is a wonder it all does not fall out. She even dyes her eyelashes herself. It is a wonder she has not made herself blind.
I would ask the hair stylist and consult a very good dermatologist about this question. Also have you considered suplemtation with flax seed oil orally from a heath food store? My mother who is very natural tried that for her thining hair because she read it in a heath book and it worked well for her.

I would try and make your hair healthier before doing any coloring to it. Because coloring does, from my experience, thin your hair more and if you have a bad reaction to the dye you could loose even more hair. There's alot of strengthing products out there though that should be able to help your hair.

Coloring them weakens them even more. Think about giving them a break, moisture them, nourish them and afterwards you'll be able to dye them again.

if you want to speed up the process of it all falling out, then by all means, keep dyeing it.
