Love involves knowing someoen deeply enough that you trust them completely, accept them with all thier faults, and care about them deeply enough that, though you want to be with them desperately, what you want it not what isimportant anymore and your concern is with thier wellbeing. Such a bond requires a deep knowledge of a person. This takes significant amounts of time and conversaton to form. You can't form a bond at first sight. You might love the idea of them, the image of them you've cooked up in your mind, but you can't care about them as a person until you know them better. Sometimes, its possible to luck out and have it work out that the person you think you love at first sight you find out you actually do love later. Still, as a general rule, its impossible to love someone without knowing them, and impossible to know someone without taking the time to be with them. Love takes time.

To be honest, looks play some part in the attraction and feelings that a woman have for a man. However, what is attractive to one person may not be the same for another. It all depends on the individual. I don't believe in love at first sight. You may have strong feelings believing that he or she is the right person for you but look at how many times a person may think that's the love of their life before it actually happens. I believe true love has to grow from a seed to a healthy flower.Without that growth, the relationship will always miss something from it...memories of the struggle.

No, there's no such thing as love at first sight but there is lust, and yes, of course looks matter for any of us to be attracted to one another in the first place. That's not to say that "good looks" are above average looks - every woman and man, when they fall in love, love everything (at first!) about that other person, including a little extra weight or some such thing. Love can grow from lust of course!

Love at first sight? No. Love deals with emotions, and companionship, etc..... lust at first sight is more like it. If you see someone, and there is a spark because of looks, there may still be a personality conflict. Bodies connect through looks, but hearts connect through trust, companionship, and communication.

I think a lot of people confuse lust and attraction with love.
I believe in lust at first sight. But how can you love someone without knowing who they are? You can't possibly get to know who someone is just by looking at them.

I don't believe in love at fist sight. My exboyfriend said he fell in love with me at first sight and we ended separeted with sad feelings. Looks r things that changes after a while in a relationship. They matter a li'l bit.

i believe that you can have an intuitive infatuation at first sight, but love means that they are as beautiful on the inside as you find them to be on the outside. looks matter to a degree, but there are a lot of attractive people, who arent classically gorgeous.
