Hello,
I do not think you would feel it moving, i mean if they used a dirty needle you couldn't feel it, you could only feel the pain of the needle..as far as i am aware of...
Could be anxiety of having the test ..

no, you can't feel it. Not until later on when you start to get sick, like a couple of weeks later. It's not a good idea to share needles.

No, you would not feel anything except the needle prick. But why would anyone want to do that?

no you wouldnt feel it go through the needle, viruses are incredibly small, you wouldnt "feel" the virus until it made you ill
