Any volumizing shampoo and conditioner should help. I like Aveda myself or Eufora. The trick to getting body and thickness is to use a gel or mousse (tigi has some great ones) and also a root boost spray (again tigi) at your roots. Lean forward with your head down when you blowdry your hair and use a round brush (gauge size to hair length) and blow dry a section at a tme starting with the nape of your neck and working your way forward. You can also lightly blow dry your hair and then put in velcro rollers (the longer your hair, the larger the rollers) and the apply heat from the blowdryer to the roller. Leave the rollers in for about ten minutes (do your makeup, get mostly dressed etc) and then take them out. You can either brush your hair or just loosen up the hair with your fingers.

Sometimes it pays off to go to a more expensive stylist to get the right cut for your hair. The stylist can also advise you on products and on care for your hair. Oh, highlights will also give you more volume.

If you dont care how much it is then try Paul Mitchell volumizing shampoo and Conditioner. Or try sunsilk for flat thin hair.

believe it or not, but they are actually right about Suave....its cheep but it works great. i used vo5 for the longest time and then i switched over to suave....what a difference....there was more volume in my hair and the way that suave made my hair feel was great. so dont go out buying expensive shampoos and conditioners...try some suave volumizing shampoo and conditioner....see how you like it

It would with out a doubt be Watkins Aloe & Green tea shampoo and conditioner. It smells like or it remindes me of ice tea.
