Hey avoid fat or oily stuff.that will help you loose weight..
Rice is made of cabohydrates, stopping to eat it is of little help.. may be you can reduce a little.But stopping oily food does the most work.

Yes But if You Quit Eating Rice ,Bread , Fried Food ,Junk Food ..You Will Loose a lot of Weight

yes its true but with exicise . if then only u will lose 5kilos.. but u dont completely avoid it. have rice once in a day. that is in the afternoon.

control intake of rice but rice is not the only reason for wt gain, cause may be due to hereditary. if wt gain is not controlled then enjoy and be proud of your health.

Its not about cutting a particular food its about counting your calories and eating less calories than you burn.
