about alot of things, some interesting thoughts, and then very rapidly, i'll forget all of them and i wont be able to remember them no matter how hard i try. cand anyone help me with this? or as anybody had this and has a way of coping with it?

http://www.lancs.ac.uk/users/studentsupport/download/leaflets/bestyears.pdf..............I hope you can bring up this link...it is very interesting, and basically atributes all of those symptoms to being overly stressed out...I clicked the link, and there was another link to hit, and it took me to the page...you will relate to some of those symptoms...just good old fashioned stress..

Maybe you ought to ask a doctor about it, but it could just be that you're a little forgetful. Try jotting things down as you think, it may be irritating to do, but if you want to hold on to your thoughts, it's the best way.
