God created the Earth, what did you create? That is no underachievement. Unless you look out your window and think you can do better, and look in your mirror and think you can do better.
People have free will, hopefully with that free will, they will not become underachievers. Underachievement is something that people do, not God.

Then it is ok that if my neighbor turns his back on me that I can kill his first born child. It is also ok for my illegitimate child to die in a most horrendous suffocation on the cross. Man this image thing sucks!
Oh crap, it also means that Stalin, Hitler, David Koresh, Charles Manson, and Paul Rueubens are all made from his image as well. Whoodathunk!

God is so patient....only God can author change, so until each of us invites him in to live in our hearts, we are still the same old people. This is my favorite song:

Which he is not!
He gave human kind a chance armed with is awesome "knowledge" ( he would have taken it away if he does not believe in us )... we use that power in medicine (save lives), technology (to fly).. etc.
We are capable to create lifeform (clone), we cannot yet save ourselves from our mortality!
Mortality (could mean human race on this earth) and when earth dies, the human race dies with it. That is if we do not extinct ourselves first through our stupidity (ignorance)!
Immortality could very well be the human race surviving even after the Earth dies!
Remember, end of mankind, end of knowledge of God (maybe he will create another race (non-humans) who is smarter?)... where is the knowledge of paradise when mankind gets extinct?

We weren't. DNA got lucky, and we evolved, and we are all still evolving. a god had nothing to do with life on this planet. get real, and read... evolution is not a theory, it is fact, cold hard fact, every beautiful part of it...... Smile, there will be better things evolve after you are back into dust, and it will evolved from what you leave. Lovely, isn't it?
