Wladimir Klitschko is the obvious choice, but there is no heavyweight right who is dominant and has all the tools. Oleg won't be around in another couple years, and neither will Toney, or a few of the other Heavies who have been fringe contenders for so long.
The future is with Wladimir, Calvin Brock and Sam Peter. Valuev might hang on a for a bit, but he'll probably get exposed sometime.

there isn't one!! The division doesn't have any real characters in it anymore!!! The only reason some of these guys have a belt is cause there is nobody better!!
