Ok Rosie O' Donell, you are a female and we all know that most men are into beautiful women. You need to do plenty of sit-ups. Start with 10...nah, in your case 5 each day. The next week, increase to 6, next week 7 and so forth. As for small breasts, just live with it. Or if you really are desperate, go for breasts enlargement. Don't believe people who say that inner beauty is more important. Look around you. Most men prefer bitchy beautiful women or ugly women with 'nice personality'? It's not rocket science.

Drink lot of fresh water, always drink 0 calori juices because sugar is number 1 enemy for flat tummy. Then try non fat milk eat more greens. Don't go for pizza. Walk 2 miles daily. Use the toilet every day. stop woring about tummy (Not all men wanted wife with flat tummy), spend 5 min infront of mirror naked daily. You will see the changes

Do as many sit-ups as you can. And 20-30 minutes of cardio 3 to 4 times a week. And cut out some bad foods and add more veggiesand protein.

Oh, is that this the place we come and stroke our egos? haha. i've got been instructed i will pull off the two a lovable and beautiful smile on a similar time. a good number of old Asian women compliment me for a fashion tall and skinny i'm (5' 8" isn't too shabby for an Asian). the lads i've got dated instructed me I had killer legs and a great tush. i'm going to take any compliments i will get. thank you for the genes, mom and pa.

dont eat so much at night and have a healthy breakfast. Lots of carbs in the day, b4 11 am , very very low carbs at night. Carbs = energy and if you do not use the energy by the time u sleep, it turns to fat.
