Try this neat little book that helped us. I'm assuming that you mean she doesn't want sex, right?
If you need instructions on how to do it, try a sex manual.
If you need help getting her interested again, try this book. It's cheap and gets to the point.

Just go with the flow of things and when you go to bed at night start out by holding your wife close to you and then just follow your heart on what you should or feel like trying next.
A woman is more likely to be in the mood if for one, if you have children, help her get the kids to bed at night. That often is the number one reason for women saying they are to tired to have sex at night. After having to hassle with the kids about bedtime, because usually it is a fight to get them to bed and get all the teeth brushing, baths and everything else that goes into putting kids to bed.
Give her a break.
Next thing is......women love to feel loved and needed and wanted. Show her some affection out side of the bedroom.
And next is.......women do not like to be jumped on automatically for sex. Try lots of foreplay before sex.
