In love at first site, or do people mistake lust for love?

I went on a blind date, moved in with her after 3 days and we have been married for 20 years,, not sure about love at first sight but knowing she was right at first sight certainley..

I believe in love at first sight, I believe that there is someone
out there for everyone and cannot see why on meeting this
should not happen. We are after all connected through our
places in the universal consciousness and our life journey
through mortality is chosen by us when we decide to be on
that journey, so why not meet the one and on some level
recognise them if love is part of your journey.
Oh it can also be lust mistaken for love as well and I cannot
say how the difference is to be told except that if it is love it
will last if it is lust it may be sated more quickly, so if your still
feeling the same after a year or so I guess youve found love
at first sight.

both. usually its just lust, its just a very strong attraction to the person and the feeling that you've never seen ne one more good looking in ur life. But altho rare, there is such thing as love at first sight. I've experienced it. Theres nothing else like it.

Yes i do because thats how i met my hubby to be and from the start we new we will be together, I just hate it when people think its wrong to be with someone for so long but they dont understand when you love someone its for real no matter what. You know when you love someone, so lust has nothing to do with it, When it happens to you, you will know.

I dont know if I belive in love at first sight. I believe in attraction (lust) at first sight but how can you love someone for who they are if you are only looking at the exterior of the package. You cant accurately judge the package until you open it and examine it.
Love is like that package. It may come wrapped in brown paper instead of pretty wrapping paper. You cant know if you love someone just because you are attracted to them.

love at first site is real, lust at first site is more comman, I would subscribe to love at first encounter, beeing it a meeting, or even a conversation.

It's definitly not love. I believe it's a mixture of intrigue, lust and a chemical reaction taking place in your body.
