In Alabama, they use a mayo based BBQ sauce for chicken that looks wonderful. Paula showcased it on her show a few weeks back, so I'm going to look the recepie up on foodnetwork.com & try it.

an aioli. I guess that is how it is spelled. I make a mustard one for fish all the time...mustard, mayo, fresh herbs and some honey. Its good.
