It depends on what tastes you're used to. I mean what tastes you grew up on. Thats not always true but I know with my kids they love sweets or junk food of course but with the way I have raised them, they enjoy broccoli and carrot sticks with ranch dip as much as they do candy

Well if you cook it right food that is healthy for you tastes better I think. I love veggies though!! Not saying that food that is bad for you though doesnt taste good cause it is yummy too.

My personal belief is that once you ween yourself of junky foods and start eating health, health food just tastes better (not to mention makes you feel better). But often you can find your old bad for you favs that have been improved by being made with better ingredients.

It's all about finding the right food. Try vegetarian green enchiladas. Those are really good.
