Does this happen often? It could be a sign of depression. Talk to your doctor about getting help.

Does it only happen once in awhile and is not affecting your daily life? Then you may be a little more sensitive than the average person and you need to learn better social coping strategies. Try meditation or a mantra that you will repeat to yourself whenever you feel yourself starting to become upset.

Otherwise, remove yourself from the triggers and/or the situation. Go for a short walk to calm down, or leave the room and suggest the other party do the same.

i have been there! I Have two children and I am a full time college student. Trust me I know. The best answer I can give you is try to talk to a friend about whats upsetting you and take some time out away from your troubles and relax as hard as that may sound. Even if it is an hour don't forget to take care of you!

Have your parents noticed this? If not you should ask your Mom about it. You might want to make an appointment with your doctor and explain it to him/her. It could very well be a hormonal thing. It's not just that your a GIRL....not all girls cry a lot. I brought up 2 daughters who were extrememly happy and didn't go through anything like that. Don't listen to people who say it's just because your a girl, that's not true. Please look into it. Good luck!

It happens to most girls. Our unique emotions can't handle all of the stress put on us. Some of us even cry over losing an object, like a button or something like that. I hope you do okay. Best wishes.

i agree with all the others....looking back to my youth I was the same....very sensitive to what people said to me.....as you age you get tougher ...and learn to deal with all kinds of things..but if you are a young person your body is changing and your hormones have a lot to do with your emotions....if you have a close friend confide in that person or a counselor....if this continues go to a doctor for a checkup...sometimes you might need something your body is lacking....hopefully you are getting enough rest and eating properly all these things has a lot to do with our reactions to daily life.....Best wishes ...hopefully tomorrow will bring a better day for you....hugs Mama G.

If there is a specific reason for it, it could be just your reaction to your circumstance(s). If there is no reason for it that you can put your finger on, or if you know the reason but the crying is interfering with your daily life you may want to ask a doctor or counselor about it.
