i babysit my nephew and then when i fall asleep after ive cleaned up my brothers and sister in laws house thinking my nephew is still asleep i get woken up to a kick in the testicles from him is this just a stage. will he grow out of it because its starting to cause alot of pain and discomfort for me

Alright, it seems that he feels that this is either funny or a proper way to wake you up. This is most likely a result of his father's influence on him and/or the enviornment he is in.
There are a few ways to remedy this situation, ranging in effectiveness and extremism.
1) Sit down and talk to him. Tell him that this hurts you don't like it and it hurts. Then discuss other options for waking someone up.
2) Scaring him when he tries to do it won't work because he'll probably find it amusing and either associate the kicking of the balls with an amusing situation or he will see that you are playing with him and it is okay to do it.
3) Separate you two while you sleep. This is more of a for now remedy than a long term solution. He is going to keep the idea that it's okay and he will eventually find you. If you lock a door you create a danger to the child and a fire hazard. Not to mention if something happens and he wakes up and needs you and you're behind a locked door he will flip out.
4) Tying his legs is illegal and dangerous as if a fire breaks out he can be killed. Also, he can't get up to go pee, it's considered abuse and if you both sleep and mom and dad walk in you'll have some explaining to do.
5) Kicking him back is illegal and abusive. There again, it's very effective as he'll learn and he'll learn fast. One thing about a guy is that they learn from experience better than from talking, in most situations. He'll never forget that kick, and he'll think about it when he goes to kick you.

Stop sleeping while looking after you nephew. If you continue doing this, you're just asking for it.

are you sleeping in the same room...if so, sleep in different rooms.
Tell his parents you won't babysit anymore because the kid's kicking might hurt you from haivng children of your own.
Nuff said.

why is he kicking you? what are you doing to him to cause this?
do you sleep with him?
this is something to take into consideration!!!
if you are 'just' sleeping.
kick him back,, he'll get the message

You should have included his age. If he can understand tell him about why he shouldnt do it. If he's old enough to know better, spank his bottom after you tell him no.

lock the door so he can't get you or wear a cup
if he see's you don't react he will lose interest
