Like, find out what he likes and make it a point to be there when he is so he can see how much fun you can be! If he likes basketball try to get some of your girls to have a silly game somewhere that he might happen to see and ask him for some pointers. Make small conversation with him about school or the weather. Try not to be silly or shy around him and let your real personality come out...good luck

just start talking to him, joking around, and having fun. One day ask him if he wants to go see a movie or something like that. You make the first move, and take it from there. See what happens
